I think it would be a good idea to make the default/recommended filters sufficient for blocking youtube ads. As it is right now, I think we have to toggle the AdGuard Base Filter to block youtube ads. If it doesn't block youtube by default then you're def going to be getting reviews like "Doesn't even block youtube ads. Looks like I have to buy Wipr" lolz

The default filters should be "AdGuard Base", "AdGuard Tracking Protection", and "EasyPrivacy". These are the default filters on WebShield too. Orion users stated that for most adblocking (including YouTube ads) the default filters only need be AdGuard Base + TP, but I feel like adding EasyPrivacy would also be good since AdGuard Base contains EasyList.

The default filters are correct; I just incorrectly use a toggle instead of turning them on. This means that people updating from an old version have some filters toggled off accidentally since they were enabled in the previous version.
