Allow group/category for redirects

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes many redirects need to be setup at once, like when migrating pages or media locations (uploads/2020/02/file.txt -> uploads/2023/08/file.txt) etc, and it would be nice to be able to separate those from other redirects (short term landing page redirects, etc).

Being able to categorize redirects would allow you to filter by a category and not have to wade through a large list all at once each time.
