Question/Comment

The solicitation states that the contractor will not be responsible for hosting of the e-QIP prototype. Where will the prototype be hosted and on what technology stack?

The prototype will be hosted on the cloud.gov Platform as a Service (PaaS) provided by GSA, and on an open source technology stack proposed by the vendor.
