Use dolores as slack "form" to collect team api data

At dinner a few of us (including @jessieay) were bouncing around the idea of using Dolores slack bot in a call and response fashion to retrieve new hires' basic info. Once it is retrieved, it could be added to the team api data, and even go live on the hub

Example (on day 1):

Dolores: Hi @brian, welcome to the team! Before we start your onboarding, it would be great to get to know you.

D: What is your full name?

New Hire: Brian Hedberg

D: Hi, Brian Hedberg. What are the pronouns that you typically associate yourself with...
