I wonder whether this is an issue with the candy/funky model replacements?

Last time this sort of thing happened, it seemed to be squawks's head size, but maybe

Unable to reproduce both so far.

Cause of the crash is probably not reached in the end credits, whereas the result might be. Easiest answer'd be the fairy fix. See a non-credits fairy, play credits, crash?

Definitely not this. The Fairies in the end credits are cutscene models, not the actual Fairies. Also Jacob had this crash a few months ago
