Google Play Pending

When I enable Enable Sniffing, Google Play app downloads will be indefinitely pending.
Then I found the following content in the v2ray log:

2024/07/14 11:03:14 ***:1142 accepted tcp:rr14---sn-ni57rn7s.xn--ngstr-lra8j.com:443 [direct]

These domains are all Google's GGC, and they are all located in Beijing.
After I turned off Enable Sniffing, the download returned to normal. The log changes to the following content:

What does this Sniffing feature do and why does it affect app downloads on Google Play？
