I should clear app data to get my logcat working again!

What happened now is that my logcat won't open.
and after open logcat my phone hangs and i have to close the app.

this is because i change the log mode to "debug mode" only for few seconds.
and in debug mode, the log file size is increasing rapidly.

my problem is that, i can't open logcat, and I can't even clear the log!!!
because clear log button only works after log loaded!!!

clearing the app cache and closing the app didn't help.
and i should clear app data to get my logcat working again!!!
but by clearing data, I will lose all my data and settings!!!

I have two requests:

1. the clear log button doesn't work before the log loaded
   so if the log file size is large the log doesn't load so you can't clear the log so you can't access the logcat anymore!
   please add ability to clear the log without needing log loaded.

2. if the log file size is large it can't open in android phone.
   please add ability to export the log file
   so i can transfer it to my computer and open it there.
