Garrison Blueprints are classified the same as profession recipes

What problem are you experiencing that led to this feature request?

When tracking Recipes (for professions), Garrison Blueprints are also shows. It's not possible to disable one without disabling the other.

What solution would you like?

Since we already have a section for Expansion Things, I think it would be a good idea to classify Garrison Blueprints as an Expansion Thing, separate from profession recipes.
