I managed to get a Point Grey FL3-U3-32S2C to work on the Jetson TX1 using Aravis version 0.5.7 following Point Grey's TAN: 10849. Previous attempts when using the latest on github ended in really bad latency issues.
Should I be able to use Aravis version 0.5.7 with this project?
I also have a Allied Vision Color GigE camera I can use to test it out if the USB3 vision portion doesn't work for some reason.
Note: I did try it with the latest version of Aravis on an TX2 with the FL3-U3-32S2C, but it kept giving me a black screen. I tried both Bayer8 (that had the latency issue), and RGB8 (that has no issue) at both 1280x720 and 1920x1080.

I tested this against Aravis 0.6 which has USB3 Vision support. I don't have a USB3 Vision camera to test against so cant say if it will work or not as I have no experience with these type of cameras.
The blank screen is a bit worrying I'm not sure what might be causing this. If you post the output log I can take a look for clues.
