I set the toolbar up and it was working fine a couple of day ago, but then it started to hang now it won't load at all on the website and is hanging as soon as it is called. this is our testing site newsite.racc.ac.uk Suggestions would be welcome, I have tried moving where the code is being implemented and changing the include code, to see if that helps to no avail.
