Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are in process of Adyen integration into our SFCC storefront
We have 4 retail stores where we wish to use Adyen Terminal for Payments
The retail store manager will login to our SFCC Business Manager and create order for customer from BM

Describe the solution you'd like
Is there a way we can connect the Adyen terminal to our SFCC instance so when the payment is initiated it will be done through Adyen terminal.

Hi @faizan-wgaca thank you for asking the question.

In short - we will release it soon, but the order creation is via the front-end, not BM.

Adyen team is now working on Terminal API payments connection with SFCC cartridge, where the shopper can pay for an online order via a terminal, connected to the storefront. Currently order creation is scoped via the Storefront, not the BM (not CSC). If you are planning to go live with Customer Service Center and Terminal API, please let us know the details - company name or email - so we can connect.

We plan to release Terminal API payments connection in Q1 2025, you can review the PRs from 2024 here:

Please note, we support only features released in releases.
Thank you!
