Troubles in downloading the dataset

Good afternoon,

I'm experiencing some troubles in downloading the result dataset after the submission.

I tried to download it by using the provided script (download_dataset.py) and the same team_info.yml used for the submission but It raises the following exception:
Exception: ('Could not get download object: ', 'Forbidden').

Is it a credential issue? If so which can be a solution?
