Brief Feature Description

4.1 As a mission stakeholder I want to be presented with a dashboard of the most recent housekeeping data

It should be possible to view saved payload data/images.

Additional Details

The payload images retrieved from the satellite will be saved somewhere on the ground station computer. This location will be determined once the issue here is completed (in the meantime, and for development purposes, a random directory containing miscellaneous images could be used).
