Postgres Schema based same table name issue for sync data in clickhouse

In postgres, suppose i have a database named coop_qa and same table name like public.member and log.member in different Schema in that DB. when data is sync in clickhouse, as there is no Schema in clickhouse, is there any possible way to create those database table in different name for distinguishing?
