This shouldn't happen.
It makes it hard to aim weapons, and you can't jump to get up.

Hard to repro

  • Enemy team knocks down player
  • Player gets in state where they can't get up

I had this happen again on the two towers level, where an enemy threw a bowling ball at one of my players, knocking them down
