As was discussed during the #32. We should take care of such errors.

  • Add a guide page with explanations from original comment
  • Add an error message with a link for this guide
  • Update the README.md file with this info

When design:type cannot be fetched, it is likely a circular dependency problem. An issue has been opened about this in TypeScript GitHub:
microsoft/TypeScript#19563
