Both Jeremiah and the LXX Letter of Jeremiah use the abbreviation Jr for the filename. LXX Jr.md refers to the Letter of Jeremiah; the prophet Jeremiah is missing a book MOC file.

I also suggest coming up with standard book abbreviations that do not overlap. I'm currently trying to replace your abbreviations with my own, but it's a pain trying to fix things when find and replace screws up because Phm contains Ph, for example. And Ab and Si are common Latin words contained in the Vulgate.

In particular, I would also better distinguish between Ezra-Nehemiah and 1 Esdras. Both of them are labeled as "Esdras A'" in LXX and the chapter files share the same book folder. Ezra-Nehemiah should be labeled "Esdras B'".
