Redesign of search results

Goal:

Change the display of the results

• The results will be changed to one column instead of the current two-column style
• Search results will be categorized into "chapters" and "charts".
• For the results from chapters, the subchapter title(article name) will be displayed at the top, followed by the chapter title.
• For the results from charts, the short name of the chart title (e.g. "Dosage for LTBI Regimens" for "Table 5: Dosages for recommended LBT treatment regimens") will be displayed at the top and then the full table name.
• Results from different categories(chapters/charts) will be distinguished by color-coded icons before chapter title/full table title.
• The result will show 2 lines of the context for the keyword searched, and highlight the keyword(in bold and main color)

Additional concerns:

• When the title of the subchapter(article name)/short chart title is very long, it will still be displayed in full.
• When the title of the chapter is very long(exceeding 2 lines), it will not be displayed in full.
