From feedback "Several people made comments about the appointments section being repetitive and not very intuitive. “You have to enter the date of the appointment twice. You select the date at the top of the screen, then click add, then have to enter the date of the appointment again. It could be made simpler”.

Could we review date entry and get it down to one selection?
