Thanks for the dbc-interface library,
Getting wrong parse object while parsing dbc file including SPN with multiple receivers.
Ex-:(j1939 dbc file)
BO_ 236212233158 EEC1: 8 Engine_ECU
SG_ EngineSpeed : 0|16@1+ (1,0) [0|7000] "rpm" DisplayECU,DiagnosticTool
SG_ EngineTorq : 16|16@1+ (1,0) [0|30] "states/bit" DisplayECU,DiagnosticTool

SPN with a single receiver works fine.
