Arctos Data Model Training

Suggestion from AWG meeting (23 Feb 2023):

Maybe a training like the Github training, a Data Model training where AWG members can learn more about what is going on.

I believe the idea was a possible more informal training, similar to the How-to-Github training, that could introduce AWG members on the data model in Arctos. Idea generated in that some members seem to request things that will alter the data model, and not sure if they realize that is what they are doing.
