Describe what you're trying to do
PartID is used in a variety of component loaders and tools (eg Catalog Record Part Edit). For most (all?) of the component loaders such as Part ID bulkload, it appears that the full url is required, but the tool documentation does not make this clear. Many older Arctos tools only provide/display the numeric value. This request is to update the documentation for Part Attribute Bulkload and other other similar tools that use PID as an optional or required field (e.g. loan item bulkload), to use consistent language for this term clearly specifying that the field requires the full part ID url.

I support this! I recently had a citations bulkload fail because I provided the publication ID alone and not the full URL. All loader documentation could benefit from clear language that states the full URL string is needed as the ID.
