Deleted carbs are not deleted from Apple Health #1056

Steps to reproduce:

Tap for a new carb entry
Enter carbs
go next on bolus calculator
cancel the insertion

Carbs are deleted from iAPS, but not from apple Health.

I assume this only happens when your upload to Nightscout either is off or not used at all?
