Chapter list: later chapters not visible and selectable

Description

Not all chapters are visible in the chapters view when there are a lot of chapters for one podcast episode. I simply can't scroll down far enough.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open a podcast episode with >20 chapters
2. go to the "Chapters" tab
3. (optional: "Preselect chapters")
4. scroll down
5. note that you can not access the last chapters beyond a certain point

Might be a thing with edge to edge in android 15, it's currently being worked on so hopefully will be fixed soon

Thanks @CookieyedCodes. Android 15 edge to edge is going into internal testing this week so it isn't far away.
