3.0_major_update merged to master

Actually, this is branch is only branch with main package version (and Avalonia 11 target) developed currently. So, since there is most likely no releases for other branches (v2.* and v3.0-avalonia10), I merged it to master branch.

So, currently things get easer - only master branch, which contains the last code.
I think what a 3.0 release will be in the near future.
