Side bar has some issues

The problem is with the second panel from the bottom in side bar. The battery status displays correctly, but the CPU usage status does not display at all. Likewise, the volume level in the bar next to the speaker icon does not display - you can hover the mouse over this bar and move the volume level, but this does not change the volume.

The brightness level next to the sun icon does not display the current brightness status of the screen. When you try to change the brightness level with it, it changes, but it does not change properly, that is, from 0% to 100% on the whole bar, but from 0% to 100% in the first small part of this bar, and then it jumps from 100% to 0% and then increases again to 100%.
