A number of the AzureActiveDirectoryProvider technical profiles doing read operations references the "RaiseErrorIfClaimsPrincipalAlreadyExists" metadata item, i.e.
AAD-UserDiscoveryUsingLogonPhoneNumber-RaiseErrorIfExists

ccording to the documentation here: Define a Microsoft Entra technical profile in an Azure Active Directory B2C custom policy : Metadata, The RaiseErrorIfClaimsPrincipalAlreadyExists is not supported on read opertions,

RaiseErrorIfClaimsPrincipalAlreadyExists: Raise an error if the user object already exists. Possible values: true or false. This metadata is applicable only for the Write operation.

This is confusing and should be removed.
