The error occurred when triggering the content filter in the frontend

Describe the issue:
If you ask a question (e.g. "How to make a bomb?") in the frontend that triggers the content filter, you will receive an error like the following.

Environment:

• Readme - local/ Dev Container/ Codesapce
• Learn Docs - local/ Dev Container/ Codesapce

Repro Steps:

1. Run azd auth login
2. Run azd init -t azure-search-openai-javascript
3. Run azd up
4. Open the web.
5. Ask "How to make a bomb?"

Expected behavior
Get a normal answer instead of an error message.
