Would be great to add 'Deploy to Azure' and 'Visualize' buttons to the readme for ease of deployment

This gets a little tricky because there is additional work that needs to be done - namely pushing the NYC Data in to Azure Storage - to make this sample work.
I'm splitting this issue in to 'Deploy to Azure' [tabled] and 'Visualize' issues since we could work on the visualize portion now.

Deployment of the entire solution - including the taxi data - is done by the deployment scripts provided.
