Deploy vnet peerings over multiple subscriptions

Hi,
I'm trying to deploy vnet peerings, and the vnets are in different subscriptions! Since i'm a newbie in bicep im having a difficult time getting the correct resources identified under deployment.

Anybody got any tips on how to make this work with multiple subscriptions?

So faar im using one file for the resources:
