Expiry dropdown looks horrible on Safari; use color-scheme: dark #7

My theming looks better on Firefox and Chrome vs the native ones, but on Safari the native ones look better than whatever this is:

This fixes the arrows looking light on the number input for expiry, but
not the weird-looking pseudo-skeumorphic dropdown select box for the
expiry unit on Safari.
