some thing wrong at the Last step to give figure.
I think this error was caused by different versions of this gnuplot.
you can try a perl scipt i had sent to you to replot the figure. if do not work , please sent the 1.fqcheck and 2.fqcheck for me , I plot it for you and sent the result to you.

这个主要最后一步画图出现了问题一样。
这个程序画图这一步 最先是调用了 gnuplot生成pdf格式的文件
然后调用了 系统 convert 程序 生成png格式
根据你报的这个错，极有可能没有生成pdf文件一样，我猜可能是你电脑安了 不同版本的gnuplot引起的。

我这有这个功能的独立包和里面提供了  画图的perl脚本。 若还出错，麻烦直接把这一两个文件发我，我直接帮你画图 1.fqcheck and 2.fqcheck  

   perl    fqcheck-2.06/bin/fqcheck_distribute.pl  ./1.fqcheck ./2.fqcheck -o ./

你再试看哪出错。
