I've been running SoundSwitch for a little over a year now. I have a new machine running Win 11 and I've noticed that it becomes unresponsive after about a day or two (across multiple hibernations and wakes), and requires a force quit from Task Manager.
Step to reproduce
Only really notice it when I go to switch outputs and it fails. No specific steps, sadly :(

Have the same bug, also on Windows 11. Has happened everytime I've installed and I end up moving to another solution for a while, and then come back and it's still an issue.
