Unable to use keybind to summon mount or cast Divine Steed for Draenei Paladin

Steps to Reproduce

BeStride version 2.0.22
WoW retail version 11.0.2 (56647 x664)

• All other addons disabled
• No errors caught in bugsack or bugcatcher
• Keybind is set in options menu
• Keybind will summon mount on all other characters including blood elf paladin
• Keybind will cast movement spell or activate form shift for other characters, including blood elf paladin
• The same keybind will dismount characters who are mounted
• Same behavior in both steady flight and skyriding

Observed Behavior

No errors

• Pressing keybind while logged in on Draenei Paladin and unmounted will not summon mount
• Pressing keybind on same character while mounted will dismount me as expected

Seriously, this is a weird issue, I will try and look into it
