What is the intended story being told by the table?

Thoughts: Do not aggregate complaints in this table. Two complaints submitted on the same day may have different Descriptors, 'Days to Close' values, or other fields. Separating this and removing 'Count of Complaints' frees up valuable table space.

@RichPrescott Thanks for this feedback! I've removed the aggregated service requests and added unique IDs so users can track open/closed issues. Also, added the filter for status. Let me know what you think about this new view.
