Confusing sequence for circuit-related achievements

In GT 5.09.32 or so, the "Step Forward" achievement requires using a circuit assembler to make the IC2 advanced circuit from Good Integrated Circuits, which in turn are made from Integrated Logic Circuits. However, this achievement is a prerequisite for achievements about making a Monocrystalline Silicon Ingot, Logic Circuit Wafer, and Integrated Logic Circuit, which one would have already made in the process of making the advanced circuit. I think it would make more sense to either move the achievement to be after the one about Integrated Logic Circuits or change it to something that can actually be crafted in between Good Circuits and Monocrystalline Silicon Ingots - like maybe the Basic Circuit Assembling Machine.
