[KT] (AICCRA) Include Almetrics scores to all AICCRA information products reported under the deliverables section

THIS NEEDS TO BE READY BY END OF JULY

The World Bank would like to understand how much impact is getting each of the evidence that we are depositing in CGSpace. As a result, there is a need that we can display altmetrics score in the dashboards that we have in place.

The challenge is that the almetrics score changes all the time and we would need to program an algorithm that can extract the information at every specific time.

The idea of this task would be to develop the following

1. Kenji to program a process to extract information from MQAP for every information product reported as deliverables and set it up to be run every week. @gcmartinezg has already developed a JAR file which has this code in place, therefore, we may need to adjust it for AICCRA needs and improve its performance.

2. Valentina to display altmetrics icon in the deliverables section (example: XXXXX)
   

3. Manuel to include almetric score information as part of the deliverables dashboard
