Need to regrid runoff products like that from JRA. The question is: can we write a function that's generic enough to work for different runoff products, or are they significantly different? A good place to start would be a prototype regridder (recycling work that people like @fredc and @gustavo-marques have done) for the JRA runoff used in CESM. Then hopefully this would work for other products to stick with the input-agnostic style of the package
