Scripts exist from Gustavo & Gio to download and regrid Chlorophyll (maybe this: https://github.com/NCAR/SeaWIFS_MOM6)

Tasks:

Take these scripts and implement the chlorophyll in RM6, likely will be like get_glorys_data and setup_initial_condition
Potentially could add looking at setup_initial_condition & clean it up to match with regridding.py
