calculate_slr() has writer indices and doc indices hard-coded for CSAFE handwriting samples. This needs to be changed to accommodate other naming conventions.

Changes needed to be made within handwriter::get_clusters_batch() and its helper files to make writer and doc indices optional. These changes were made in CSAFE-ISU/handwriter#202.
