Underlying WFS supporting Geofabric LD instance rendering is not robust. It seems after a number of requests to the WFS, the WFS stops responding causing the geofabric LD API to hang.

e.g. https://geofabricld.net/contractedcatchment/12100001

Investigate and update to make the WFS more robust.
