The dependency tool at the moment is pretty thin in terms of functionality.

It would be ideal to have more resource types or dependent types for each resource type.

A good starting point might be to get a list of all vault resources and mapping them out in a graph to see what depends on what.

The end goal is that an operator should be able to use this tool to have a reasonable guarantee that a removal of a resource will not affect existing operations.
