There are two sets of meta tags on app.html head section. One for Twitter and one for services that use Open Graph (eg. Telegram, LinkedIn). The Open Graph tags are working OK, but the Twitter one isn't.

"a relative URL to the image will not work on Twitter with Twitter Cards. You need to include the fully-qualified domain for the site:"
