Look to update 'docusaurus' for documentation website #251

When running the docs locally it says

Update available 2.4.1 → 3.6.3

To upgrade Docusaurus packages with the latest version, run the following command:
yarn upgrade >@docusaurus/core@latest @docusaurus/plugin-client-redirects@latest @docusaurus/preset->classic@latest

There is documentation available for migrating to docusaurus v3:

https://docusaurus.io/docs/migration/v3
