Route is /plans/songs

This is a library of songs the church uses. They are not tied to any specific service.

Add the ability to:

View/search your library of songs
Add a new song. Lookup via ContentApi/lyrics to prepopulate fields, but can also manually enter.
Edit existing songs

All of this is done via the /arrangements api of ContentApi.
