Remove environment files associated with deleted gear units #585

When we add units with environment variables, the environment files that store the variables are left behind when the unit is deleted.

There's currently no gear API for removing these, so we should probably attempt to clean them up ourselves.

We've ripped out gear, so no longer relevant.
