Multiple Responsive problems in homepage

I found the following problems on the homepage in responsive mode:

• There is no correct spacing between the various sections
• The buttons overlays the sections titles
• The are the wrong proportions between titles and text on tablet mode
• On the main section the Ero Forestiero's logo have wrong dimensions
• Wrong copy on "Discover the Educational offer"

@ImAl3x03 I fixed the button "Discover our courses" who overlayed the section below. I fixed the copy of "Discover the Educational offer" link, the font-size of titles and texts in the courses cards and the position of Courses section title.

@ludovicobesana I've just fixed the problem on my section on the FIX-HOMEPAGE branch and later i merged it to the develop branch
