Crashing on the left side of the city

Whenever I go to the left side of the map the game instantly crashes. I do not have a crashdump file in my Bully folder and already tried setting shaders off

If you're not getting a crashdump, you probably don't have it installed correctly.
It should say SP Build 3 in the main menu in the bottom right.

Also "left side" is vague, because nobody else has ever experienced that, ever - so you need to be a lot more explatory with what's happening and how to reproduce it if you can't get a crashdump.
