music doesnt stop while having a call in silent and vibrate mode

dont know whether its a bug or a feature, but whenever i play music (tried more apps: default, google music, playerpro, vlc) in silent or vibrate mode, and somebody calls me, the music just wont stop until i pick it up. looked through all of the default and cyanogenmod settings, couldnt find anything related. any ideas? pls help!

yea, it's indeed a strage feature. Instead of it the music should stop and the listener shoud hear a signal tone, an alert that he have a call, something like that but only through headset, off course, not through speaker.

In Froyo, if the vibration profile is set, the music playback stops if a notification is received.
