Notification & battery LED customization

In config.xml, the notification LED intrusiveness is set to true and the battery LED supports multiple colors, but the lines for the notification LED supporting multiple colors and the battery LED being set as intrusive are missing, as given here for another device:

Can these lines please be added or this functionality implemented some other way? Some users might like to customize the notification LED and disable the battery LED.

All the other customizable settings are fantastic and the work the contributors keep putting in is much appreciated.
